Raw material: quince from Võru County and mildly grown apples from the Uue-Saaluse Wine Farm from the varieties zugijonik, talveunding, meelis and antonovka
Appearance: straw yellow, clear and bright.
Aroma: in the fruity scent bouquet, the quince comes to the fore
Taste: medium-bodied dry fruit wine, acidity and fruitiness in good balance, citrus notes, quince in the middle, green apple in the aftertaste.
Serving: chilled in a white wine glass at 6-8°C.
Food recommendation: fish, chicken, roast pork with sauerkraut, young goat’s cheese.
