Andre Prima OLD is proof of the possibility of parmesan-type cheese in Estonia. He is the older brother of Andre Prima.
Twelve months of aging gives Prima Old a stronger cheese and nuances of aroma and taste.
In structure and taste, it resembles parmesan-type cheese, crumbles.
Creamy, nutty taste. Long creamy aftertaste.
Andre Prima OLD received a silver medal at the World Cheese Award 2017 cheese competition.
In March 2019, Andre Prima Old received a silver medal at the Singapore Taste Awards competition.
In April 2019, Andre Prima Old cheese received a gold medal at the Food Industries Association competition “Best Estonian Food from a Small Business in South Estonia”.
