Andre Farmhause is a cheese that tries to convey animalistic notes in a pleasant form: a bit of silage and the smell and taste of the farm.
When thinking about pigs, you can find a connection with them in the smell and taste, feel the big heart of the animal and the effort to give it only the best!
It is a long-matured (12 months), crystalline cheese.
Goes well with beers, organic wines, stronger jams. The cheese is not available in retail.
