- Joonas pickled garlic is a nice and healthy snack to eat as is or with other foods, also ideal in a fresh salad.
Perfect for a snack platter or alongside meat dishes. Whoever tries it will take more! Ingredients: Garlic (57%), water, sugar, spices including mustard seeds. - Tamme Talu seasoning salt: Herb salt for meat is suitable for seasoning meat, minced meat, pasta and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients: leek, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic, sea salt. - Orbu juniper-plum syrup. The syrup is a handmade product that is made in the almost 500-year-old village of Leedri on Saaremaa, in a clean environment.
The syrup is a natural product without preservatives, the carefully selected ingredients of which take the eater’s thoughts towards summer Saaremaa from the first bite.
Use: for flavouring mulled wine, pâté, poultry, cheese selection, ice cream. - Chive flavoured salt is made from chives grown on the Lillekivi farm (50% content) and pleasantly coarse sea salt.
Adds a touch of spring freshness to food.
Ingredients: natural sea salt (coarse), dried chives (50%).
Use: for flavouring salads, soups, dips and egg dishes. - Wild garlic flavoured salt is made from wild garlic grown on the Lillekivi farm (60% content) and pleasantly coarse sea salt. Use the flavoured salt to add flavour to various dishes, especially popular when making flavoured spreads. Gives a special, garlicky flavour.
