Hand-woven patterned, goat wool mittens, double knit.
Goat wool has very special properties because the goats are raised in extreme conditions in the Siberian steppes and their wool is not sheared but combed, which leaves a sebum residue on the fur. This is what produces a unique oil on the fur even when it is already inside a vest or scarf.
The gloves fit sizes S-M (length 26 cm, width 9 cm). The gloves are handmade and very thick and warm.

Description
Items made of goat wool are used for their special properties: long-term use and heat retention.
Today, laboratory studies have confirmed the healing properties of items made of goat wool: they treat lymph gland disorders, rheumatic pains, respiratory and lung problems caused by colds, they generate dry heat and protect against overheating like an ecological filter, they massage the nerve endings on the skin, improving microcirculation (circulation) of blood capillaries.
The most important are:
hydroscopicity, absorbing 35% of the body’s moisture
very low thermal conductivity, preserving the body’s own heat
is durable and has very good elasticity
the most appreciated is the universal anti-allergic property of goat wool items
Some other uses:
premature or weak babies are wrapped in a scarf or towel
in case of headache or migraine, a scarf or towel is wrapped around the head, covering the trigeminal nerve
in case of varicose veins, it is good to put a scarf, towel or leggings on them
Goat wool with medicinal properties is obtained only from goats raised in a certain climatic zone, from individuals living in the Volgograd and Orenburg steppes.
