Magnesium sprayed directly onto the skin is absorbed into the porous epidermis and through it into the blood vessels and muscles.

Description
Usage: Spray 5-10 times all over the body and massage in. It is good to use the oil after a shower or bath, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which helps the magnesium to be absorbed better.
Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas, such as around the eyes. The oil should be applied primarily to joints and muscles and other areas of concern. Can also be used during pregnancy. The oil can be used at any age, but for children we recommend halving the amount – their daily magnesium requirement is not as high as adults.
Eight sprays of magnesium oil contain approximately 100 mg of pure magnesium.
Magnesium tingling: You may feel a slight tingling or prickling sensation when you first use it. This may be a sign of a magnesium deficiency in the body and is due to the rapid absorption of magnesium into the skin. With regular use, the tingling sensation will subside. Since the magnesium begins to be absorbed immediately, you can dry the skin with a towel after massaging the oil into the skin.
