Dry and fresh: Compared to classic Rhubarb, it has a lower sugar content (<1.1g/100ml) and a higher alcohol content, offering an elegant and more acidic flavor profile.
Natural and pure: The wine is unfiltered, preserving the true character and freshness of the rhubarb. Note: Due to unfiltering, a natural precipitate may form at the bottom of the bottle.
Organic product: Made from raw materials from controlled organic farming.
Taste and serving
The taste of the wine is tart, fresh and with a long rhubarb aftertaste. It is an ideal companion for festive events as an aperitif or with lighter summer dishes.
Ingredients: fermented organic rhubarb juice, contains sulfites.
