USAGE
Foot bath: Dissolve 150 g (about a glass) of flakes in warm water, put your feet in the water and relax for at least 20 minutes.
Whole body bath: Dissolve 250 g of flakes in warm bath water and relax for at least 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths for your feet or all over your body per week. If necessary, you can do this more often.
Magnesium flakes can be used at any age, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For children, we recommend reducing the amount by half – their daily need is not as high as for adults.
