Cheese “Andre Musc”, 300g – Andre Cheese Farm

Andre Musc is a cheese that picks its company. It’s a bit
friendlier than some other of our cheeses (for example Andre
Capo), but still. When we mixed the bacteria for this cheese,
we expected a wholly different result. But we got Musc. The
name comes from its hint of nutmeg flavour, while the
aftertaste is more creamy. Aged for at least 3 months. Goes
well with full bodied white wines or medium bodied reds.
