Terms of sale
1.1 The terms and conditions apply to legal relationships between all persons and Magasiait OÜ (Magasiait) arising from the purchase of products.
1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through Magasiait are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Price
2.1 The price indicated on the website applies to the product. Magasiait reserves the right to change the price.
2.2 The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
2.3 The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
Shopping cart and ordering
3.1. Your shopping cart is created the moment you click on the “Buy” link.
3.2. You can change the number of products in the shopping cart in the “quantity” field. To place an order, click on the “Place order” link. You will be directed to the order completion page.
3.3. On the order form page, enter the required data and click the “Buy” button. After that, your invoice will be displayed on the screen.
3.4. Be careful when filling in the fields on the order page, because the speedy and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.
3.5. The contract for the sale of products is deemed to have been concluded (the entry into force of the Contract) from the receipt of the invoice amount to the Magasiait current account.
Payment for products
4.1. To make a payment, click the “Buy” button on the order completion page. Your order confirmation is displayed on the screen. Before paying for the order, please check that the information contained in the order corresponds to your wishes.
4.2. You can pay for products:
1) Via the Internet bank and with a credit card. All prices displayed in the Magasiait e-shop are in euros.
2) For bank link payments, we cooperate with Montonio.
Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay and Liisi ID
Latvia: SEB, Citadele and Luminor
Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
Rest of Europe: Credit card payment or bank transfer.
4.3. The sales invoice will be sent to you together with the goods after payment for the order.
4.4. An order that is not paid for within 7 working days will be cancelled.
Delivery and handover of products
5.1. Minimum delivery time is 1 working day and maximum up to 10 working days (in Estonia) . Orders paid before 10:00 on working days will reach you the next day (product in stock).

5.3. Please check the correctness of the contact information provided during checkout to avoid misunderstandings during product delivery. Magasiait is not responsible for misunderstandings in the delivery of products, if this is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by you when placing the order.
Cancelling orders and returning products
6.1. After receiving the products, the Consumer has 14 days to familiarize themselves with the products in terms of VÕS. In the event that the products do not suit the Consumer, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from his order within 14 days after the delivery of the products and to return or exchange the purchased products by filling out the return form.
6.2. Upon cancellation of the order, the amount paid for the purchase (including shipping costs) will be returned to the bank account indicated by you within 14 days from the cancellation of the order at the latest.
6.3. If the product to be returned has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances that are not due to Magasiait and as a result of the non-intended use of the product, Magasiait has the right to set off the decrease in the value of the product against the amount you paid for the product and which is due to be returned to you. For settlement, Magasiait will send you a settlement statement to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. If you do not agree with the decrease in value shown in the offset notice, you have the right to engage an independent expert to determine the decrease in value of the product. The costs related to the expertise will be divided in half between you and Magasiait, unless the position of one of the parties turns out to be unfounded. In such a case, the costs related to the expertise shall be borne by the party whose position was apparently unfounded.
Warranty and return of non-compliant products
7.1. Magasiait is responsible for non-conformity and defects of the products that appear within 2 years from the date of delivery of the products to you.
7.2. Magasiait is not responsible for:
1) Your fault for product deterioration/damage;
2) for defects that have arisen as a result of irregular use of the product;
3) for normal physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
7.3. In case of non-compliance or defect of the product, you have the right to demand the replacement of the product with a compliant and defect-free product, or to cancel the order and return the non-compliant product at Magasiait’s expense.
7.4. In case of return of a non-compliant product, the product will be chargedt paid amount (including shipping cost) to the bank account indicated by you no later than 14 days after receiving the notification about the cancellation of the order and the desire to return the product.
7.5. In addition to the rights arising from the warranty, you also have other rights arising from the law.
Responsibility and force majeure
8.1. Magasiait is responsible to you and you are responsible to Magasiait to the other party for the damage caused by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. Magasiait is not responsible for damages caused to you or for delay in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to a circumstance beyond Magasiait’s control and the arrival of which Magasiait did not and could not foresee (force majeure).
Other conditions
9.1. All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the visit to Magasiai and making purchases is treated as confidential information.
9.2. Issues not resolved separately in these conditions are based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
